Sveti Stefan on a list of the 20 most incredible beaches in 2022

“Lonely Planet” magazine published a list of the 20 most incredible beaches for 2022, which included a summer resort in Montenegro.

It is interesting that on the cover of the article (as well as on the 14th place on the list) is Sveti Stefan – the pearl of our coast, for which “Lonely Planet” points out that you will hardly find a more photogenic sight.

The magazine said that the Adriatic doesn’t get much more ludicrously photogenic than the fortified island village of Sveti Stefan. “Here pines, olive trees, and oleanders peek above 15th-century stone villas, which quietly survey pink sands and limpid waters from their rocky perch. You can laze on the beach, but unless you’re staying at the Aman Resort you can only visit the actual island by tour.”

Sveti Stefan became famous in the 1960s as a well-known place where the world jet set gathers, and we can proudly point out that even after so many years, it has the highest status in tourism, to which this renowned list also testifies.
